Service to Sherman College Award
Willow Grove, PA, chiropractors Dean and Jen DePice, D.C.s, recently received the Service to Sherman College Award from Sherman College of Chiropractic in appreciation of their contributions, time and commitment to growing the chiropractic profession. The Service to Sherman College Award is given to individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary, unselfish and noteworthy service to Sherman College.
Drs. Dean and Jen DePice have been in practice since 1987 and are experienced, international lecturers and presenters. They launched their company, Team and Life Conditioning, Inc. (known as TLC 4 Superteams) in 2003, and they enjoy serving the chiropractic profession by coaching and mentoring chiropractors. They share their experience and strength by developing procedures that work and building teams to live their “why” with passion and purpose.
The DePices have brought their passion for working with teams to Sherman College by partnering with the institution on the G10 Practice Success Program. This program is based on the belief that chiropractic college graduates deserve to excel by successfully practicing chiropractic and generating revenues through healthy, vibrant and prosperous practices centered on the chiropractic adjustment without the need to add secondary services.
At the beginning of each academic quarter, TLC4Superteams sends doctors with decades of experience to Sherman to work alongside the college’s expert faculty and provide intensive training for students. Every aspect of real-life patient care is covered in the program. Their innovative approach is also aimed at preparing students to cope with the financial aspects of succeeding in business.
Sherman College named its 2017 award recipients May 4-6 as part of Lyceum, an annual continuing education and homecoming event attended by hundreds of chiropractors and students throughout the U.S. and internationally. Lyceum is held on the college’s campus in Spartanburg, SC, and involves three days of seminars, special events, and other programs.
