Celebrate the Season with Special Bell Ringings

As the quarter comes to a close, Sherman College marks many milestones and achievements, but none are as cherished as the Chiropractic Center’s “bell ringing” tradition. Often referred to as “ringing out,” this memorable event occurs in a student’s 13th or 14th quarter and symbolizes the completion of patient care in Sherman’s on-campus Chiropractic Center. For many, this rite of passage holds a significance comparable to graduation itself.

Over the years, the tradition has evolved—sometimes celebrating a single student, other times an entire group—but it consistently serves as a meaningful moment to honor students’ achievements and the unwavering support of Sherman faculty, staff, and lower-quarter students.

These photos showcase the most recent interns who have proudly rung out, ready to embark on the next phase of their chiropractic journey.
