Sherman College Names Regents of the Year

Regents of the Year
Stockbridge, GA, chiropractors Jeremy and Amanda Hess, D.C.s, have been named Regents of the Year by Sherman College of Chiropractic.
This award is presented in recognition of the couple’s outstanding and continuous advancement of Sherman College through participation on the college’s Board of Regents, a group dedicated to supporting quality chiropractic education through financial donations and leadership. Regents give visibility and stature to Sherman College through speaking engagements, legislative roles, student referrals, and financial support.
Drs. Jeremy and Amanda Hess have been practicing chiropractic in Stockbridge, GA, since 2000. Their office, Discover Chiropractic, specializes in specific chiropractic care for families with an emphasis on babies and toddlers. Their team has a heart for serving the community’s health through chiropractic.
The Hesses are writing a series of books called “Designed by God.” They are members of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations and the International Chiropractors Association. They are co-founders of the Advanced Mentorship Program for Entrepreneurial Development (AMPED). This program helps teach students how to be successful in the chiropractic practice, and it is one of Sherman College’s most active student groups. In addition, they have co-founded a chiropractic educational company called “The Mind Tweak,” which supplies chiropractic offices with relevant, informative products.
Sherman College named its 2017 award recipients May 4-6 as part of Lyceum, an annual continuing education and homecoming event attended by hundreds of chiropractors and students throughout the U.S. and internationally. Lyceum is held on the college’s campus in Spartanburg, SC, and involves three days of seminars, special events, and other programs.
