If you are looking to open your own clinic or expand to a second location, but are turned off by the high construction and startup costs, this could be a good fit for you.

I am selling the second location of my current practice for less than half the price of a new buildout. Located in an affluent and rapidly growing suburb of Columbus, Ohio, this space is a gorgeous 2400sf. The front desk, doctor's office, and office decor alone cost over $50k (due to limitations on this site, I can't post many pictures, so email me for more). The office has closed exam rooms, a doctor's office for patient consults, and an open/semi-open plan adjusting area. It also includes an (old, but functional) Xray machine, decompression machine, two (virtually new) drop tables, roller tables, vibe plates, and is loaded with tech.

It is located near the town center, and the farmer's market occurs in our parking lot.

It's a longer story, but I bought this 30 year old practice less than a year ago. Since I am not a chiropractor (my wife is. I'm a self-labeled "chiropractic evangelist"), I was at the mercy of personnel, and decided to condense operations back into a single practice. That means you can bring your own logo and brand to an established practice in an established area for a massive discount from doing it on your own.

As of this posting, the office has been closed for about a month, and while there are extensive patient lists, there are no active patients, hence the low sale price. There are, however, years of patients on the list, and due to the location, you won't have a hard time reactivating them.
