Job Description

Provide expert chiropractic care and manual adjustments tailored to each patient’s needs. Work as an active part of a cohesive team of healthcare professionals. Participate in the creation and implementation of individualized, multi-modal care plans. Communicate openly with fellow providers and staff to ensure consistent, quality patient experiences. Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and wellness principles in alignment with the clinic’s mission. Maintain organized and timely documentation of patient interactions.

Qualifications

· Current (or pending) license to practice chiropractic in Alabama.

· Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented, multi-doctor setting.

· Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills.

· Patient-first mindset with a desire to contribute to long-term outcomes.

· All experience levels are encouraged to apply—mentorship and support available.

Other Information

Base salary: with performance incentives—Total potential $85,000 to $100,000.
